It's official, going abroad, showing a few snaps on facebook is now a task for Rich Nepalese. For Poor, they have Nepal and facebook to them B*tbook!

How many of you have seen those fancy Nepalese taking pictures here and there in foreign countries and showing it off proudly to the friends. Does their brain cell not even work once. Why don't they take some of those unfortunate ones to travel and give them something that they can only dream - visiting another land. But as the saying goes, third would countries, like Nepal, one only cares about their belly and banks. So it's difficult to blame them.

Would their ears be wide open when an stranger, pays the bill for an entire table of people and says to the waiter, "It's always nice to do something for people you have never meet!" It actually shocked me. He was right, family will be there, friends will be there. You can always do something for them until l you die. What about the others? Never mind this question. Let's have a laugh for a while.

A Nepali comes to America. It's his first day. Goes to a toilet. Take a d*mp, and tries to open the hand washing thing. it won't open. Comes out of the bathroom yelling, "Hey, this thing does not work." Poor waiter goes in and shows him how to use it.

a part of five, sitting on tiny table. Before they could order, they keep saying, "Kasto namaro table, Kasto geen lagdo, Kasto dirty"

Waiter looks like an Indian by Apperance,but he is a Nepali. He rubs the table, makes it so shiny that they can spend the whole day just looking at their face- let alone the food be cold, who cares. Finally they order rice, gotta have friend rice, we Asians love it.

Later all is done. An older women asks the waiter, are you indian. He replies, No, I am from Nepal. Right then, he sees their faces turned down, as if they needed to say sorry. But they won't. Tips? Left zero. Complains, more than anyone could have made it. Also, it was to a Nepali by a Nepali family.

A month passed by, The show up. This time, An American is a server. They seem to be happy by complaining. So they keep complaining about the table. The American water rubs his Ass to clean the table. It's shinning enough, but the lady still keeps using her finger, "There, dirty!" , "There, dirty...", Poor water has no time to take any orders. He is really really mad by now. Order has not been taken yet. Lunch break time is about to over. Owner goes to guest and says, "MAM, SIR, it's time to close."

They both leave. Face wasn't happy. Everyone heard the story.
So they peak outside. Didn't know to none of them, their car won't crank. They look furious.

The American waiter takes out the jumper and starts their car.

They leave in no time, no thanks you, no thing. Tips ? Are you kidding the fellow.

What's the moral of this real life story ? As for me, If you can't be happy, complain as much as you can but later you will realize that you won't be happy at all.

Believe it or not, although many of us agree that our politicians have always failed to fulfill our expectations, we always do the blame game first. oh well, before I was elected, this mess was here already. What do more improvement do you expect from me so soon, ha ?

At the back of my mind, something is kind of growing, a question - what if, what if, even 1 single person from the Business Sector starts towards PM for Nepal. I bet many of us would first think, why not ? First of all, our country falls behind in many things; we can found for ever, poverty ?

Business minded leader would bring jobs to the nation - perhaps, something that lacks Nepal and makes everyone leave ? Would you be happy if a business person became the PM of Nepal. I would. But here are the conditions.

He is not allowed to use any of his family members in the political arena

But who leaves, a family behind ? How about friends? But even so, we can't expect everyone to be same like corrupted. I bet NEPAL would be better off with a leader who is a enterprenuer.

Nepali News Sites Mush-Roomed with Duplicate Contents - Is Nepal's CyberLaw Ticking ?

Those are familiar with Nepali news sites, you can see now blogs filled with copy/paste (of course mainly the nepali newspapers who work so hard to bring news from the nation to the rest of the world), and evolution of blogs has made it possible for anyone to do just about anything... (many created with easy on the go;easy to setup, easy to manage, easy to get themes and easy to do copy/paste from CMS like wordpress, joomla etc, site design may be cool or not but news sections seem to bombarded with copy/paste rather than site's own content) and everyone has a category called "News" and its filled news that the owner has no rights at all. To test yourself, simply highlight any news from other sources, copy,paste it in Google and see where else it shows. Stealing news isn't different than stealing money. A news article isn't born over night; a lot of people are involved, a company pays for it, and to shorten my view; they are all engaged to create a news and investment is made from start to finish.

This birth; of copy/paste news sites and blogs is not of today, it's been like this over 2 to 3 years, but now users feel that these cheaters are getting over the neck of the users. When this happens, sites that are stealing news, start losing traffic--for users aren't dumb for they know where the real news story stays.

The question is ? When will these sites grown up or go down the tube for not doing what they are suppose - STOP stealing. When NEPAL fully enforces Cyber-Law, we can expect what owners of news sites not be so frustrated.

Perhaps we can get a much better news because their works remain unique. Once I used to see a flash screen on welcome.com which was targeting a site or may be more who used their registered logo on their sites. There is no report what happen after that, but could it be true on the web also, "One Nepali Pulls the Leg of the other?" I don't believe it so even though this slang is a rumor and often talked about it all the time. Web designers don't vibe, nor do the content hosting. Apart from the Nepal's National Computer Association, there also needs to be a Web Association, that looks after sites, blogs and take down those involved in copying and doing illegal activities such software piracy.

Here is my advice for those who do copy/paste - a little bit of words from someone who wishes a lot of Nepali sites but with unique contents:

1. Think of how much resource is utilized by a company to bring a story to you. Do you think your simple copy/paste is the best solution. How about users ? Do you think they are all dumb, will they never know where the original content resides ? If one visitor finds that you have stolen content, you remain what they often say, "Once a stealer, always a stealer" and there is possibility of your site being noticed as such, and who knows what the user who founded can now do-- tell everyone he knows. These days with the power of social media, words travel faster than light!! You can save your website by just deleting what you have copied and start writing on your own. For news, you probably need to have your own news house and reporters unless otherwise you are given sole permission from Nepali News Media and make such permissions available for users to read so they know you are doing the right thing. You can also just simply present a links to the main story instead of the full story on your blog with bunches of Adsense running like crazy over the page.

2. If you wish to live long on the world wide web, your won content is the key apart from many others. Your site won't live long in the eyes of visitors as well as search engines, if you constantly ignore the copyright laws.

3. Don't have an image. There a tons of free images out there, in open source locations, try using them instead of copying someone's photo. Do you ever think how hard a photographer must work to create a perfect picture that you just copied ? Do you think he or she deserves butter and bread just like you ? How about his or her family ? With images from public domains and placing required attribution such as names or link to the author, you can write a very good story; I am note sure about the news; they will need your own news photo. So put some guys with cameras for your news sites and have them take the pictures.

4. Users find it nice to see more sites coming into the main stream; news is what sells abroad as Nepalese like to know what is happening back at home. If you think it's only news that they are looking for, you are wrong? Do a survey and you will find out even more of that they are looking for such as views, opinions, and things which are often written or are off the topic in mainstream sites. You could tap into that market with your own content. Here is how to start. Visit all news websites, see what they are lacking and then implement those. If you can't sleep without showing news, you can show them as a link instead of copying them.

5. With the birth of many social networking sites, users now relying them not just for chit chat but also for sharing news. Such as breaking news from CNN and others. If our news sites haven't done something similar, you could be the first. This social media also should be weary to you, should your site be stealing, words here spread like the speed of light !

6. Create something different knowing that's what your users are looking for, your site will go far; instead of copy/paste again.

Not referring to politics, a group friends working with NV(nepalvista) created this to teach others. It's about Nepali slang meant for forigners (rather than nepalese; for they alreayd know all these)

When things don't change for a country inspite of years gone by and many expectations thrown down the trash; Ahtee aho Ahtee Ayo Pussa or Jun Joki Aepayni Kani Cherako, both have not the same meaning here. It would surely depend on if your expectations were met or there are old age slang waiting to be revised ?

Once more: Video is created by other than NEPALI TONGUE. Please don't take it personally, it's just an educational video and even teachers can be right 100% of the time.

I am going to all I can to give to others, but for every give out I expect you to be engaged in promoting the country that I love very much. I know that a lot of sites do promotion simply by copying contents from my blog or my websites, but that's not what promotion I am talking about. A promotion in either video or text created by yourself and owned by yourself.

Just show me what you got, and when you show me, I am 100% positive that others will see your work too and they will be the once to decide if you deserve my gifts.

Although it's LOL (Laughing Out Loud Blog Nepal - LOLNEPAL,
but this time, it has become a MADNEPAL. Would you believe it ?

Well.... Just read this post if you've time and you will know.

I'm not in the mood to convince my "MADNESS" as I have been the same time and again, over the course of time reading Nepal's news, reported by World's News and Media. They do a great job, but not always. I guess nobody is perfect.

I'm really really really really MAD today though,
and this is my 1st MAD Blog.

You don't have to be mad. Be cool. Yeah, my teacher used to tell me back in High School. But Now with Google Blogger, you can actually throw your Madness....................... Back in those days, there were no Blogger!

Look at Youtube (owned by Google, videos that are outrageous, filled with madness, something unpredictable gets tons of views) But that's not why I am here, but just to make a case that you can get MAD on a blog just in case you thought you couldn't. Who is perfect?

Is that enough? No! Just imagine, what that means for plans and actions created for social development issues, annual financial budget created by one government broken by another, corruption control taken by one then crushed by another government. Oh well, you kind of seem to be sleeping counting the words I wrote there - "The Many words". WAKE UP!!! Let me put some water over your face........... sorry, Now there! I am so happy you are awake. Thank you so much, Danyabad! (What did you say?) Don't worry, it's not a curse word, It means Thank you. But I am glad it proved to me that you haven't landed in Nepal not even for a day!
First, Get your foot on the land from where you are going to report about. Fly. World's Media don't have money? Sorry, I can't take it nor will Nepalese do. And if you have people there, then put a BIG question mark on their roles.
Know our leaders before you write about them. You don't know them. Yes, You don't know them. You haven't met them, so how can you know them. Just by reading some local newspapers. Make an appointment and meet them, face to face.
"WERE" "WAS" are past sentence. So is the word "Maoist" is a past sentence so is the "Communism" So from now on, when you report say "Nepali Government" or "Nepal Government". They were Maoists. They were terrorists. Writing about all those in news doesn't fit, write them in the History Books if you love History or send to History Writers. Is that clear? News is about Present, I could be wrong. But I know what News means. Yes, we Nepalese can speak a bunches of Languages, including English, it might be broken here and there but we can make a point that you will understand. How about this one broken English sentence: Poor Nepali Need We Help News Only For You Not Us For - Did you like it ? We don't care! We hope you make a big banner of that sentence, stick it on top of your monitor, read it, before writing news about Nepal.
Nepal has a Government. You got a website. Fair enough. You need to make money. Nepal Government has to do more. Every business needs money. Go ahead, feed your visitors with inaccurately titled news and drive traffic, increase your revenue up.
Nepal's leaders aren't dumb, they are of 21st century leaders and they have great ideas to uplift this poor country. Today, you might wanna write something about that. That's a good topic for tomorrow. Grab it from me. If you are lost, which you often are, the title for tomorrow news story is in bold letter in this bullet point. I have feeling that will be list. The Government may look communism to you, because you haven't known more about them, or haven't even read their economic plans, where they talk about capitalism in the mix. Did you know about this? I doubt it.
It's a poor nation, My Lord, I have repeat this time and again. Because you always forget it. 2nd poorest country in the world and how can you write something to hurt the poorest people who live there. Can you use better words, perhaps wisely or need some talented journalists? Our country has tons; they can write both English and in Nepali. Do you need in any other language ? Rather want to write something false and grab tons of visitors to your site and make money from Ads. Go for it. Nobody is going to stop you. Enjoy the ride, but you sure will make some people like me MAD. You might wanna title your news site adding the word "MAD" (LOL!!!)
My view on World Medias - You are nothing to us - Nepali. You don't help us, you have never helped us. You feed to worldwide audience nothing but fear, which sells more than anything else. So I can't blame you. Perhaps I should just blame myself for being so sensitive. So, if you have long hand, slap me, I won't mind. If you have short hands, comment below to punch me. I don't have a mind to mind.

Does the World Media have any people back here at home reporting to them?
Some have and some don't.
If yes, they are probably reading a local newspapers, going to local news sites, may be making an inches of road walks, then reporting from a five star hotel smoking W!

Ops. Cancel that W. But.. "What's written here stays here" Since you copy from Nepali websites driven by hard working journalists, I thought I might tweak this page by copying a line "What happens in Las Vegas Stays Here", no offense to such a beautiful place since I'm talking about World Media which covers others countries; any media outside of Nepal and I am only using the similar phrase. Let me know if there is another one that matches "What's written here stays here", because I write without a plan, I don't edit; kind of spontaneous writing which gives me a while lot of fun. Do you do something similar ? Share your blog, I would love to visit.

And you feel like slapping me again for using that word W, Please close your eyes on that because there could be a few good reporters who may be doing a great job in reporting but are they getting paid better for doing better? I don't know! But it's question to ask and needs answer, don't you think so? I have no clue to answer that question. Which foreigner is reporting from Nepal and who is not ? Try your luck for answer at National Journalists Association of NEPAL, I hope they provide you with some answers.

Hope World's News and Media DO NOT USE WORDS to harm the poorest of the poorest people on the planet that is trying to develop, rather, they would help uplift this country by writing on key issues that matters to the people who live here. It's time to move away from the Politics to People.

I haven't blogged for a while, but it is about time!!

Throw some of my anger that's inside. But I don't do it to harm.

How long will it take for Nepal to move forward? That question is making me sick in my stomach just to hear every single day that Nepal needs more chairs, more titles, more of the Government body; more LEADERS. Now, don't blame me. I am just guessing here and this a game of guessing as well. If you haven't played hangman, please kindly move along, go see another blog or website!!

I've come up with a formula to find what Nepal really needs now.
Since we're packed with Leaders ready to Act, what else would we need ?

Here is what we gonna do. Let's start with what is most popular and is Done, at least we think so. LEADERS - yes, we got them all.

1. We gonna write LEADERS.
2. Write each letters in opposite.
3. Add the word "NEPALI" in opposite.
4. Remove all "Vowels"
5. Delete all Duplicate Letters.
6. Write the result in Opposite.
7. The end result should say something about what Nepal needs Now!!!

Let's get to work:

Options are not limited with all the wealth he has. I reconn he would better find

Nepal's Election Commission Suggests that you use the BUGGY internet Explorer to view election results although most part of the results do show up in the 2nd most popular internet browser; firefox. Haven't tested this one others.

What is the message here? Sorry. Our Manpowers are limited, they are probably out in the field making sure the election was fare. OR my interpretation is this. Bill Gates, Please donate some money to this organization and Nepal which holds way tooooooooooo many elections all the time costing bunches of tax payers money.

2 Years For King

There is bunches of gossips going on right now that King is to be given 2 years in his lavish Palace.
Why didn't you make a statement you *new* Government that "We don't have the required skills" like boldly now state.

The more time you give to King, the more time he has. Perhaps a role in the Rovernment might be the best thing to do. If we conduct a poll, can we find some people show support King, even not as a leader, but as the VISHNU God. Let those people have the God. What the heck!

Why does Nepali leaders don't have the skills ? Because most of them never carried pens, never listened to their Dads and Mums and forget about the people.

I had a betting with friend yesterday about the situation of King. I lost my betting. Some Bucks gone but may be my betting is a bad habit. Or our politicians have the same habit too!

I am sorry, now and for tomorrow, was yesterday that I became a part of a nation that has bunches of leaders with no skills. Is it time that NEPAL needs a new leader ? I want my money back! Dar*n it! I am betting again with the same friend, EVEN after so called REPUBLIC Nepal, Nepal will take decades to develop, nothing will happen expect the development of assets owned by Politicians.

So here we are at the moment that all of us have been waiting for. Majority of us must have hated the way others ruled our land and hence now are giving the chance to Maoists. For better or worse, it's time to give the key to a new leader, perhaps even just to see results. What the heck ?

I am in. My only wish would be that this new government completely removes "Overseas Employment Agencies in Nepal" and bans all of us from leaving NEPAL. May be that won't be necessary. What if, within a few years, Nepal is just like any other country ?? Aren't many of us leaving Nepal because of lack of opportunities or may be perhaps we are not on the seat where we can do corruption to build tallest buildings and ride the shiniest cars ?

2 years might be short, 3 years, ok. What the heck again!

Let's make Nepal not just a tourism park that travelers come here, but make a park where others come to settle. Now, what would we do about the population problem again ? Forget about the pollution for now, please!!

For the population, then perhaps it would be impossible to ban the manpower agencies. There we go again. Will Nepal follow What China follows to prevent the growth of population ? It's something to ponder about but for now since we have had some LOLs.

I've always been fascinated by the term "Load Shedding" and I have never come to understand why our Government and Newspapers can't use the word, "No more Electricity".

A counter was set Bcause they said the election would be held.

Got excited; pasted come javascript count-down clock to show my excitement.
When you read what the count-down says, "Republic is here!" you think the blog is crazy!

One user said to my in my email, are you nuts, why are you saying that, have you gone mad!

I replied, that was a count-down, didn't work; it's not my fault.

The fault lies with politicians cause they keep changing their promises.

Mothers' Day - Forgetting Every One's Days

I have a problem of forgetting everything. In fact I don't even know what is the actual date of birth is. I have to keep track of Birth Day in Nepali and also in English. Some of my family celebrate birthdays using Nepali Calendar and some using English, and every year my birthday is never the same.

Face In the Making - Girija Plus Madav Plus Prachanda

If we were to put the faces of

what would the face look like ?

I am working with a program but the result is not that satisfactory. At one time the final outcome looked like monkey, at one time, it looked like a true Hanuman God, At one time the face looked very similar to our King. I tried removing the mustash of Prachanda then added to Girija's face, nothing is working so far. I will spend a few more days but will surely get the result soon. I am keeping *only this promise*

I also write a few stuff, without any degree in writing or journalism, and my writings are to promote the beautiful country where I was born. I did write down in my profile that someday I will be back there, and do a few little things for the country before I die. I might go bald, but the time to clean my hair will be given to watch more of Nepali websites! I am excited about that.

(When Terai and Pahad entered into your brain, Girija and Prachanda came along. Very interesting. wow.. so far so good, or bad, lets go....)

All students got up and said, "Good morning Sir!"

Terai nodded and started wiping the blackboard where the previous teacher had forgotten his rule - "After you have used it, Leave it exactly the way you would like to find it next time".

The previous teacher named "Pahadi" didn't do his job, and the "Terai" teacher was mad as he**. His madness got so big that students were starting to pee in their pants.

Girija looked at Prachanda and said : "kay ho yar yasto ? kasto risayako cha you moro sar ta ha??"

Prachanda said : "Timi pani Practice Garana yar, voli TOFEL ma kam aucha yar! You think I am gonna stay in Nepal, all my friends are overseas"

Then,

there was a complete dead silence in the class room.

Girija came first, as he told everyone that he was senior,
he stood short and nervous before the God.

"So Girija, how much money do you have?"
Girija, upon peeing in his pants, replied, "My Lord, Do you mean Rupees or Dollars?"

God was so amazed just how smart Girija was. He said, "Well done boy!" here you go, go with these angels who will take you to the heaven. Girija could not have been happier, being prime minister of nepal many many times and earning more money than any average Nepali, and now, walking with an angel. This was his dream. As he was about to enter the heaven's gate, a thought popped in his head..."Why on earth was I in Nepal, fighting for Nepalese ? "

God, the supreme power of all, instantly learnt his thoughts and he was pulled back, dragged back and forth thousand times and swinging in circles like a high speed fan, then thrown down towards the underworld for insulting his land. Prachanda and Gyanendra were amazed, bewildered as to what had actually happened.

Next came Gyanendar, who stood bold and proud before the God and God looked at him, smiled, and said, "Gyanendra, my boy, how much money do you have?".

Gyanendra tried to be accurate, "I have about half of Nepal's money"

God shook his head side by side, and screamed, "you maniac", did I create that piece of land for you only ? Gyanendra was sent to the underworld in no time, and Prachanda was watching all this, jumping and flapping his arms with a happy face.

After a while, God said, "Prachu.., my boy, come hear. It's your turn now. "

Prachanda loved that sweet voice and since there we no other contestants, he knew he had won.

Prachanda started chanting his famous song,

"Jindabad..." "Jindabad" "Jindabad"... ,

then he heard a question from the God in between his Jindabads, and his chanting came to a full stop in a slow motion like this "Jiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnndaaaaaaaaaaa Baaaaaaaaafffffffffff RaaaaY BaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaF"

Question was : "How many guns do you have?”

"Baf Ray Baf", said the Prachu.
